Caranya lompat jauh, pertama-tama kamu harus pemanasan dahulu. Sesudah itu lari secepat yang kamu bisa seperti sprint. Pas satu kaki menginjak batas akhir lompatjauh, lompat dengan sejauh-jauhnya, seperti lari di udara, lalu jatuhkan kaki lebih dulu di kotak lompat jauh.

My dad’s Profession is a Business man. He is a director .
He works at Kimia Farma . The location of his office is near Tugu Monas He is the director since 2007 (in a half ) Some times he was home from work at 5,6,7,8 or 9 PM.
How I feel of my dad is great because he always by me something and take care of me and he also give me the money from his paycheck , But he at least give me Rp5000,00 .
